Firstly……the TV news and the newspapers have been filled with the reports of the cruise ship MV Explorer which emulated the Titanic in the Southern Ocean, hitting an iceberg and sinking.
Yesterday, I caught a snatch of something interesting on Breakfast TV.

The Welsh legend , Ray Gravell died suddenly last night in Mallorca where he was on holiday with his family.
Following his dreadful year, healthwise, we had been delighted to see him back on the box last week.
What a shock!

We had a lovely canary called ‘Blodwen’. When we rescued her from a tiny cage, we thought it was a ’she’, because the only sounds to come from it were shrill squeaks. (more…)
The first airbus 380 was transferred to Singapore yesterday and a celebratory ceremony was held in Toulouse.
